The Wheels
 

The wheel center design is based more on aesthetic reasoning rather than the far more practical (and lighter) design of using steel cable "spokes" and eye-bolts. The spokes used are 1/2" diameter tubing welded to 10" golf cart rims. Square 1" tubing welded to the outside ends of the spokes create mounting points for the inner wheel connection to the drainage pipe.
