Tire Tread
 

Rather than using bicycle tires for tread, like the vehicles that originally inspired this project, the decision was made to use cut down, old, trashed car tires. An inexpensive option that I would not choose again. Cutting and trimming the tires was by far the worst and least pleasant part of the project. The smell of burning rubber is just somehow not quite the same when the rubber isn't mounted to a hot-rod or muscle car.
